4. How do I install my new lighting or chandelier?
Each product comes with detailed installation instructions.
For complex installations, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure proper setup and safety.
5. Are your products UL listed?
Yes. All of our lighting products are UL compliant, meeting recognized safety and performance standards.
6. How can I cancel or modify an order?

Customized orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold

Standard (non-custom) orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge

After 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply due to processing and preparation costs

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
